The rubber band toe gizmo

Happy holidays from Kensho! At long last we cracked the code of how to find the perfect rubber bands to create the rubber band mock up of Mr. Pilates' Toe Gizmo, and we've made a video to show you how it's done!

There will be future videos showing further uses for this simple and effective little do-dad, and I promise I will work on how often I say 'right?' There is a benefit to hearing yourself taped!

A few pointers to remember as you practice:

1. Try to keep your toes straight - no curling!

2. Try to keep your foot and ankle from rolling side to side

3. Have patience! We don't remember, but our hands had to learn all the great things we do with them. Our feet can do the same!
